AMPA Network ("we", "our", or "us") is dedicated to protecting the privacy and personal data of electric vehicle drivers and station operators using the AMPA application and website (ampa.space).
We collect information necessary to provide seamless EV charging and smart navigation, including account credentials (name, email), vehicle telemetry (battery state-of-charge, connector types), charging session timestamps, and geolocation for station discovery.
When you use the Claude AI Trip Copilot or Multimodal Diagnostic features, prompt data and charging stall photos are processed using Anthropic's enterprise Claude 3.5 API. Under Anthropic's commercial terms, customer data processed via API is not used to train foundational AI models.
All data transmitted between mobile devices and AMPA cloud infrastructure is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest with AES-256 encryption.
